After our harvest which is totally done by hand, our wines are then made in the traditional manner, limiting human intervention as much as possible.
By letting nature take its course, we allow the soil to express itself totally and we obtain each year different wines reflecting the specificity of each vintage.

We have white and rosé Sancerre wines on sale.

White Sancerre:

It is made from Sauvignon, the only grape variety used for all the white Sancerre wines.
It’s a dry and fruity wine, full of freshness and vivacity. It is best drunk young.

Served chilled, between 8 and 12 degrees, it is perfect for aperitif.

It is perfect to accompany oysters, sea shells and fish.

It is also delicious with “foie gras”.
Connoisseurs will also enjoy it with a grilled “andouillette”.

Finally, you will be able to enjoy it with goat’s cheese, especially of course, the famous “Crottin de Chavignol”.

Sancerre Rosé :

It is made from  Pinot noir, which is also used to make the red Sancerre wine.
The rosé is made after a direct press of the red grapes and then goes through the same vinification methods as the white.
Less known than the white, it is also a dry wine. It is best drunk young and will seduce you with its light and fruity character.

Served chilled, it is also perfect for aperitif.

It would be delightful with white meats and delicatessen like pâtés and cured ham.

It would be ideal for your meals with friends for example around a good pizza or a “raclette”. It would also be perfect for barbecues, with grilled meats but also tuna or sardines.
